This candidate is a commercially astute, team player with a good track record of achieving and exceeding expectations. He has many significant achievements that illustrate innovation and self motivation; he has an eye for detail, lateral thinking and HNW advice expertise. He has gained 3years experience as a paraplanner and 1.5 years experience as a financial planner and strategist in the HNW market.
Now looking to fully utilize his skills and expertise to make a significant contribution to a financial services organisation that would enable him to expand his skills and grow into a skilled and professional Financial Planner.
Candidate 2-$75k + super & commission Financial Planner
Over 10 years experience as a Financial Planner—this is planner that has made an effort to gain experience in all relevant fields. He has experience in investment, risk and mortgage—he went from the safe confines of 6 years at a big 4 bank to opening his own company. He steadily built his book initially with mortgage broking but from 2004 onwards the business was straight Financial Planning. His standard client would have a minimum of $500k—$600k cash to invest on top of their assets however he is just as happy advising clients that are in the accumulation phase of their lives.
Candidate 3-$110k+super & bonus Senior Financial Planner
This candidate has significant experience with HNW investors ($1M net worth+ without gearing etc) and the structuring involved (Trusts, SMSF's). A significant part of his client base was small business owners, as well as self employed professionals (Dentist, Accountant etc.).He seeks an opportunity where the client service is paramount and not the sale of product, for him FUM should not be the key performance indicator.
For that reason he feels his values are more aligned with those of an accounting practice than any other financial planning entity. He has operated his own business since 1992 as a fee for service planner and sold off in 2005, he is relocating to Brisbane. |
