Financial Planner What I'm looking for – A qualified Financial Planner witheither - DFP (with considerable experience), ADFP or CFP A planner that is able to prioritise and deal with an intense workload Someone that likes to work hard but believes in good work/life balance A planner that enjoys what they do and is looking to make a long term commitment to a leading firm This company is getting bigger and bigger, mostly off the back of client referrals.They don't advertise at all but have a book of clients that would make even the largest firms envious.There is no pressure to sell, in fact you could sit with a client for 5 or 6 appointments just to know exactly what they need in their life. This is a role based in the CBD, you will be joining a team with over 70 years experience between the 4 advisers.They work on a strict fee for service model which they feel allows them to spend the necessary time with clients and know that they are there for your professional advice. Your motivating factor to be successful in this role has to be your own level of professionalism and client interaction.While you will make exceptionally good money here it should not be the only reason you are a Financial Planner. You will be supported with the best systems, paraplanners and fellow advisers – not to mention the company reputation. |

They allow their planners to operate in the areas that interest them most, they offer you full back office support, an incredibly strong brand and an impeccable compliance record. You will be PS146 compliant, have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Financial Planner and possess high level verbal and written communication skills. You will also have a superior client focus and excellent client relationship skills, along with an in-depth understanding of superannuation, retirement planning, taxation and regulatory requirements for pensions & benefits.Sales and relationship building experience will also be beneficial. This role really is open to interpretation – as stated earlier, my client is hoping to find a planner that is right for their team and their business. |

This is potentially one of Queensland's most respected and renown planning organisations.It was set up by two very successful Financial Planners so it is therefore designed for planners to make the most money they can. You are not expected to do any administrative tasks or paraplanning.They want their planners in front of their clients where ever possible. All of your leads are provided and it is usually after 2 months that you will ask for the leads to stop coming through to you because you can't service any more people. In addition to the leads you will be provided with a book of business that will provide you with significant commissions from your first day. They look for people who have a strong financial planning ability that can relate to a broad spectrum of people.They attract such a wide variety of the public to their seminars that you won't find your clients mundane. |
